NOTICE: An extended nomination period for the office of Conseil scolaire catholique Providence Trustee (French Separate School Board) will take place on Wednesday, August 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., as the number of nominations received was less than the number of positions to be filled. Certification for any nominations received for that office will occur by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026.

One (1) to be elected by French language public school electors to represent the Counties of Oxford, Elgin, Lambton, Haldimand and Norfolk and the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
