Summer Swim Team

The Summer Swim Team takes place at the Southside Aquatic Centre. They practice three nights a week and compete against other pools nearby weekly. The swim team is for all ages and promotes a sense of community and teamwork is a healthy and active manner.

Woodstock Life Saving Club

The Woodstock Lifesaving Club is comprised of youth between the ages of 8-12 working towards mastering lifesaving skills. The club practices 3 times a week and competes against Lifesaving Clubs. Benefits of your sponsorship include your logo on Club uniforms, as well as your logo in the What's On Woodstock magazine. Contact for further details and costing.

Rink Boards

Rink boards in the City of Woodstock's arenas are a great way to reach up to five hundred thousand people a year with your message displayed. With three ice rinks to choose from, you can direct you advertising to a variety of groups.

• 1 year - $1,775 (includes HST)
• 2 years - $1,450/annually (includes HST)
• 3 years - $1,235/annually (includes HST)

Reeves Community Complex (Green Pad) & Civic Centre Arena

Two 3' x 8' Rink Boards 

• 1 year - $1,150 (includes HST)
• 2 years - $950/annually (includes HST)
• 3 years - $750/annually (includes HST)

Benches

There are benches located throughout several of the City of Woodstock parks and trails for the community to enjoy. 

• Cost: $2,230 (includes HST) A Corian plaque material is included. Premium plaques are additional, Aluminum $360 or Bronze $515
• Cost includes the purchase of the bench, concreate pad, install and custom plaque
• Bench locations are limited and approved by staff
• All benches were installed with the intent of having a plaque installed. The cost is the same whether the bench was recently installed, or is a new installation

Trails

Trails are a great way to get exercise in the great outdoors. The City of Woodstock maintains several trails to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Woodstock has an extensive multi-use recreational trail and bikeway system.

• 10m of Hard Surface Trail $250 (includes HST) 
• 10m of Stone Dust Trail $100 (includes HST) 

Woodstock Tree Canopy Fund

Plant trees in your community! The Woodstock Tree Canopy Fund plants a tree and gives donor recognition.

• 1 large Caliber Tree: $450 (includes HST) 
• 1 small Caliber Tree: $25 (includes HST) 

Help keep our athletes hydrated by sponsoring a hydration station(s). To recognize your support, an engraved plaque will be displayed. 

• Cost: $300/per location/annually (includes HST) 
• Cost of the plaque is additional

Sponsor a Public Skate

• Weekend, Holiday - $230/hour (includes HST)
• Weekday - $65/hour (includes HST)

Sponsor a Public Swim

• 1 hour - $150 (includes HST)

Sponsor a Drop-in Turf Time

• 1/3 Turf - $95.25/hour (includes HST)
• Full Turf - $278.63/hour (includes HST)
• Gymnasium - $82.54/hour (includes HST)

Bleachers

Help the community cheer on our local teams! To recognize your support, your company name will be displayed on the bleacher located in a local sports field.

• Cost: $6,200 (includes HST) 

Naming Rights of Baseball and Soccer Fields

Baseball is the sport that has the highest amount of registrants in the City of Woodstock, naming rights to any ball field is a great way to promote your business and showcase your support for active living and community engagement. Contact for further details and costing.

Base Boxes

There are several base boxes located at each ball field to keep home plates, bases and other ball equipment safe. To recognize your support, a plaque will be placed on top of the base box. 

• Cost: $800

We have 13 active buses that rotate equally through seven bus routes. Buses are on the road daily for 14-16 hours.

Our bus and bus shelter advertising is managed through Pattison Outdoor Advertising, in partnership with the City of Woodstock.
