Community Improvement Plan

Our Community Improvement Plan provides grants and loans to help support projects that re-energize the downtown core. Some of our programs include:

• Residential conversion and intensification program

Downtown Woodstock BIA

The Downtown Woodstock BIA allows local business and property owners to join forces and, with the support of the Provincial by-law, organize, finance, and implement its purpose and objectives of overseeing the beautification, promotions, and events in the downtown core.
