The City of Woodstock organizes or supports more than a dozen special events and festivals each year that contribute to the vibrancy of our community. These free public events create opportunities for residents to connect with each other through shared experiences and make lasting memories with family and friends.

Have fun, meet new people, earn community hours and make an impact in your community! Volunteer for a single event or choose the events you would like to volunteer for based on your interests and availability.

Get Involved

There are many ways to promote your business through City of Woodstock exciting Special Events! In order to ensure the ongoing success of each of the free community events, a variety of corporate and community sponsorship and partnership opportunities are made available that allow community partners to maximize their visibility and impact in the community. Email events@cityofwoodstock.ca about the benefits of sponsoring, levels available and costs below.

As a vendor, you have an opportunity to gain exposure for your product or service while contributing to the guest experience at our special events. Submit an online application for your opportunity to help create a memorable experience for visitors. Space and category limits apply.

Santa Claus Parade

Saturday, November 21, 2026 | 6 p.m.

Application Deadlines: Sunday, November 8 at 11:59 p.m.

The application to participate in the parade as a float, band and/or Shriner closed on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025.

We are always looking for entertainment to enhance our special events and welcome you to send us information about your talents. We appreciate all types of entertainment and genres of music, whether that be a solo act, duo, or group!
