Hydro Fund Advisory Committee
Purpose
The purpose of the Woodstock Hydro Fund Advisory Committee is to provide oversight in the investment of the net proceeds from the sale of Woodstock Hydro. The committee shall:

Review the investment performance of the Fund and Fund manager(s) in accordance with the Woodstock Hydro Legacy Fund Investment Policy

Review the current investment guidelines for the Woodstock Hydro Legacy Fund

Make recommendations to Council with respect to changes to the Woodstock Hydro Legacy Fund Investment Policy
Members
The Committee composition consists of the Mayor, two Councillors, the Chief Administrative Officer, and the Treasurer.

Meetings
The Fund advisory committee shall meet annually and on an as needed basis.

Appointments
Members of the committee remain on the committee for the duration of the current council term of office.
