The City of Woodstock offers registered and drop-in programs at our indoor pool that is open year-round.
Located at 315 Finkle St., Southside Aquatic Centre offers an "L" shaped 25m six-lane section and a 10m by 10m deep end, with diving board, pool lift and sauna. There are three change-room options; family, men's, and ladies'. There is a meeting room and viewing area upstairs. You can contact the pool at 519-539-2382 ext. 2701.
Improvements to the changerooms are scheduled to begin the week of Sept. 14, 2026. The project includes an addition and renovations to the existing universal changeroom, which will create more space and improve accessibility for users.
The pool is expected to remain open during the renovations unless any unanticipated disruptions or closures occur. Lane swimming, public swimming, aquatic fitness programs and swimming lessons will continue to be offered throughout the fall. The male and female changerooms will also remain available. Access to an alternative universal changing space will be provided for those who require it upon request.
Do I have to register in advance?
It is required to pre-register for swimming lessons and leadership programs. Swimmers can sign-up by logging into their Perfect Mind account.
It is not necessary to register in advance for drop-in programs such as lane swim, public swim, and aquafit.
What equipment will be available?
Swimming equipment such as flutter boards, noodles, and lifejackets are available for use, free of charge.
Yes, we have lockers available in all the changerooms. Patrons are highly encouraged to bring their own lock to use on the locker. Alternatively, patrons are welcome to bring their items out onto the deck with the. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
