Camp Details

Summer camp programs will take place from June 29 to Sept. 4, 2026. There will be no camp on Canada Day (Wednesday, July 1) and the August Civic Holiday (Monday, Aug. 3).

A welcome to camp email will be sent to every family on the Thursday prior to each week.

For more information on camp policies, procedures and guidelines, please review our 2026 Summer Camp Guide or frequently asked questions.

Our camps run at four locations, each offering unique programs for different ages and interests. Please note that outdoor locations may be adjusted daily in the event of inclement weather.

  • Cowan Park Sportsplex: 895 Ridgewood Dr.
  • Southside Park Sea Cadet Hall: 219 Victoria St. South
  • Reeves Community Complex: 381 Finkle St.
  • Cowan Fields: 1459 Devonshire Ave.

Camp programming runs weekdays from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Drop off is available from 7:30 – 8:45 a.m. and pick-up is from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. A late pick-up fee will apply if your child is not picked up by 5:30 p.m.

Please refer to your child's camp schedule, provided on the first day, for the expected times campers will be back at their home facility should they be out on an excursion or swimming at the pool. When picking up your child, please don't forget your photo identification!

We encourage you to pack the following items:

  • A nut-free lunch and snacks (similar to what you may pack for school)
  • A refillable water bottle
  • Sunscreen and a hat are strongly recommended. Please note that staff will not be putting sunscreen on your child, however we will direct and guide campers on how to apply sunscreen. We also encourage families to go through the process at home so campers understand and can apply the sunscreen themselves.
  • Comfortable, loose-fitted clothing as well as closed-toe shoes, such as running shoes.
  • A swimsuit and a towel
  • Any extra items for a specialty camp you have registered for that require you to bring your own equipment, such as a bike, scooter, helmet, etc.

Theme Weeks

Lace up your cleats and chase the championship! Campers will train like pros, represent their countries, and compete in fun matches. It’s a week of teamwork, trophies, and total soccer excitement.

Calling all Swifties and sports fans. This week is where music, sparkles, and sports collide! Campers will dance, sing, and create their own eras, then hit the field for fun sports games and challenges.

Grab your pickaxe and imagination! In this action-packed week, campers team up to design, build, and explore. From challenges to survival adventures, every day brings a new quest to craft, collaborate, and conquer.

Celebrate the magic of the holiday season with sun, sand, and smiles. From creating beachy holiday crafts to winter games in the sand, it’s a week full of festive fun, imagination, and holiday cheer (with a sunny twist)!

Pack your passport for a week of global fun. Campers will explore different continents and dive into diverse cultures through games, music, dance, and crafts. From colourful festivals to tasty traditions, this week will be a celebration of culture, creativity, and curiosity.

Step right up for a week of colourful fun, water relays, and excitement! Campers will enjoy games, creative crafts, music, and challenges inspired by the magic of carnivals - with a wacky water twist!

Celebrate 125 years of community spirit in Woodstock! Campers will unleash their inner superheroes through fun challenges, teamwork missions, and skill-building activities. Along the way, they’ll meet inspiring local heroes and discover how everyday acts of courage and kindness have helped shape our city’s story.

Travel through time in this epic adventure. From battling dragons in medieval lands, dancing through the 80s, digging up dinosaurs, and exploring the future, each day is a new era of fun and discovery.

Embark on a wild adventure through forests, fields, and streams! Campers will explore the wonders of the natural world through scavenger hunts, outdoor games, nature crafts, and eco-experiments.

Take a trip down memory lane. Campers will relive their FAV games, crafts, songs, and trips from previous summers- bringing back all the fun memories with fresh twists.

Camp Trips

Campers will participate in both in-town and out-of-town excursions each week as part of their camp experience. Some camps may not attend trips due to the nature of the programming and scheduled instruction (see our camps at a glance for details).

Please note that it is our intention to have all participants back to their home facility by 4 p.m. when travelling in or out-of-town. We have created our programming to ensure we have allotted time for traffic, construction, accidents, etc. Should a bus be experiencing delays that will affect the arrival time back at the facility, camp staff will call families to make them aware.
