Rental Fees

All rentals require $2 million liability insurance coverage, which can be obtained through the City at a cost.

Outdoor Area Rental Fees

2026 Fees

Pavilion or Gazebo (under 100 people)

$56.50 for 4 hours
$113.00 for full day

Park Areas

$45.20 for a full day (under 100 people)
$12.00 for 1 hour fitness class or program (under 30 people)

Beverage Garden (per event)

$452.00 for up to 3200 sq. ft. (under 100 people)
$90.40 for each additional 10 sq. ft.

Large Events (over 100 people)

$ 350.30 for a full day

Additional Fees

$67.80 for Garbage Collection or Event Assistance per hour
$67.80 for Labour Rate per hour
$135.60 for Excess Garbage Removal per 8 yard bin

All fees include HST.

Note: Insurance is required for all City Rentals and is available for purchase through the City for an additional fee.
