World's Finest Shows Midway, Southside Park
The midway runs Thursday, May 16 to Monday, May 20, 2024 and features a variety of amusement rides, carnival games, food, and more!
Hours of Operation
The hours for the midway are dependent on weather and amount of foot traffic. In the case of inclement weather, the Midway may close earlier.

Ride Tickets
Admission to the park is free, however there is a cost for the rides. Depending on the ride, it may cost 3, 4 or 5 tickets per ride.

Woodstock Transit
Parking at Southside Park will be very limited, so we encourage you to take transit! Group passes are available on the bus that allow up to 5 people (max 2 adults) to ride all day for just $8.25. Visit www.woodstocktransit.ca for further details. Please note, Woodstock Transit will not be operating on Sunday, May 19 or Monday, May 20.
The Heart FM Community Cruiser will be live on location on Sunday, May 19 from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Victoria Day Parade
Monday, May 20, 2024 | 10 a.m.
Join us as we celebrate one of Woodstock’s most anticipated traditions, the 76th annual Victoria Day Parade! The parade will feature marching bands, horses, floats from local organizations and businesses, vintage cars, inflatables, entertainers and more! Join us in Southside Park for a Busker show and roaming stilt walkers after the parade!
Parade Route
The parade begins at the Woodstock Fairgrounds, continues west on Dundas Street before heading south on Wellington Street South. It will then go west on Henry Street and south on Finkle Street to end at Southside Park.
Food Bank Donations
Please consider bringing a non-perishable food donation to the Parade. Volunteers will be collecting food donations in grocery carts along the parade route. Thank you to Scott's No Frills for generously donating the grocery carts!
