Pools and Swimming

The City of Woodstock offers registered and drop-in programs at our indoor pool that is open year-round. We also offer two free splash pads and a third splash pad that is scheduled to open late in 2024.

Southside Aquatic Centre

Located at 315 Finkle St., Southside Aquatic Centre offers an "L" shaped 25m six-lane section and a 10m by 10m deep end, with diving board, pool lift and sauna. There are three change-room options; family, men's, and ladies. Upstairs is a meeting room and viewing area. You can contact the pool at 519-539-2382 ext. 2701.

Southside Aquatic Centre Building Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Friday - Sunday: 6:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Spray & Play Wading Pool

Our spray and play wading pool offers a supervised children's shallow water play facility with a wading pool, splash and spray structure, slide, and dry land playground. There are also picnic tables, an observation deck, and snack booth on-site.

Admission is free for children and adults.

The spray & play wading pool is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. throughout the summer.

Do I have to register in advance?

To guarantee entry, we recommend that swimmers book in advance. Drop in entry is permitted if space is available. No advanced registration is required for our Spray & Play Wading Pool.

What measures/procedures are in place to ensure my safety?

To ensure the health and safety of staff and participants, increased cleaning measures are occurring in accordance with Parks and Recreation Department Standard Operating Procedures.

What equipment will be available?

Equipment will be permitted for use and will be cleaned and sanitized by staff daily.

Will I have access to the changerooms?

All changerooms, showers, and lockers are now available for use.
