Service Animals are welcome on board the bus provided they adhere to the following conditions:
- The person declares to the driver upon boarding the bus that the animal is a service animal, and
- The animal can be readily identified as one that is being used for reasons relating to the person’s disability because of visual indicators such as a vest or harness worn by the animal, or
- The customer provides documentation from a health professional confirming that the person requires the animal for reasons relating to the disability, and
- The animal remains in the care and control of the owner at all times.
Pets are welcome on board provided they are in a proper carrier and remains in the carrier for the entire bus trip.
Note: Any animal may be asked to leave the bus if they cause a disturbance or create an unsanitary condition.
