Pay a Parking Ticket
If you receive a parking ticket, you can pay it online, in-person at City Hall or by mail.
Paying Online
You can pay your parking ticket at any time online through HotSpot Parking.
Note: If the colour of your parking ticket is white, you can still pay online. When you enter the ticket number in the HotSpot Parking app, replace the C with the letter D, followed by the numbers. (e.g., if your ticket number is C12345, enter D12345)
Paying In-Person
You can pay your parking ticket between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at City Hall or the temporary Engineering Customer Service Office located at 21 Market St.. Please ensure that you bring your parking ticket with you. We accept cash, cheque or debit and do not accept credit cards.
Paying by Mail
You can pay your parking ticket by mail, by sending a cheque (no post-dated cheques) and your parking ticket to:

Please be mindful of the timing of mail delivery to ensure your ticket is paid on time. Remember to keep a copy of your ticket for your records.
Parking Infraction Review Form
If you wish to appeal your parking ticket, please complete the Parking Review Form and forward it along with a copy of your parking ticket by email to bylawenforcement@cityofwoodstock, or drop it off in person to the Office of the City Engineer located at 944 James Street.
Note: Parking Infraction Review is an administrative process and does not form part of the legal process pursuant to the Provincial Offences Act. The early payment amount listed on a Parking Infraction Notice allows for a lesser fine amount, if it is paid within 7 days, only for certain offences. Parking Reviews may take longer than seven (7) days to administer. If you submit a Parking Infraction Review, they early payment amount may no longer be applicable. You may request a trial without submitting a parking review, in accordance with the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.33
