Pay a Parking Ticket

If you receive a parking ticket, you can pay it online, in-person at City Hall or by mail. 

Paying Online 

You can pay your parking ticket at any time online through HotSpot Parking.  

Note: If the colour of your parking ticket is white, you can still pay online. When you enter the ticket number in the HotSpot Parking app, replace the C with the letter D, followed by the numbers. (e.g., if your ticket number is C12345, enter D12345)  

Paying In-Person 

You can pay your parking ticket between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at City Hall or the temporary Engineering Customer Service Office located at 21 Market St.. Please ensure that you bring your parking ticket with you. We accept cash, cheque or debit and do not accept credit cards. 

Paying by Mail 

You can pay your parking ticket by mail, by sending a cheque (no post-dated cheques) and your parking ticket to:

Please be mindful of the timing of mail delivery to ensure your ticket is paid on time. Remember to keep a copy of your ticket for your records.

Parking Infraction Review Form

If you wish to appeal a ticket, you may pick up a Parking Review Form at the temporary Engineering and Public Works Customer Service Office located in the Market Centre Building at 21 Market St., or you may email the completed form along with a copy of your parking ticket to our Bylaw Enforcement. Please be aware of the time sensitivity of your ticket and allow one week for us to review your form.
