Each lot has its own overnight parking and permit options. Check the signs when you arrive.

Park free for up to three hours in any downtown municipal parking lot. You do not need to pay for the first three hours. Staying longer? Pay for additional parking using one of the available payment options.

Municipal Parking Lots
All downtown municipal parking lots offer three hours of free parking. Some lots also offer permit parking and overnight parking.

Monthly Parking Permit $36 plus taxes
Semi-Annual Parking Permit $180 plus taxes
Annual Parking Permit $288 plus taxes
Types of Parking Lots and Spaces Available
The table below identifies each municipal parking lot, the number of spaces and the type of parking permitted in that lot. Some municipal lots are 3-hour parking only, and others are both permit parking and 3-hour parking.
Parking lots are first-come, first-served. If your go to lot is full or under construction, you may park in another municipal lot, but please note whether it is two-hour parking only or if you require a permit to park there.
