Southside Aquatic Centre Renovation Update: Front entrance closed Oct. 13 & 18

The front entrance at Southside Aquatic Centre will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 13 and Friday, Oct. 18 as part of the changeroom addition and renovations currently underway.

Patrons will be able to enter and exit the facility through the side pool deck door. There is a step up into the pool deck and the entrance does not have an accessible push button.

The pool is expected to remain open during the renovations unless any unanticipated disruptions or closures occur. Lane swimming, public swimming, aquatic fitness programs and swimming lessons will continue to be offered throughout the fall. The male and female changerooms will also remain available. Access to an alternative universal changing space will be provided for those who require it upon request.

Updates will be shared on the City of Woodstock’s website and social media.
