Cowan Park Sportsplex
Facility Notice: Reeves Community Complex, Civic Arena, Cowan Park Sportsplex, and Southside Aquatic Centre will re-open as of January 31, 2022.
Measures being put in place include, but are not limited to the following:
- COVID-19 screening before participating in programs
- Patrons asked to stay home if they feel sick
- Hand sanitization upon entry into the facility
- Face masking will be required until players enter the turf or gym and start participating in physical activities
- Physical distancing and cohort restrictions on the number of users on each sports area
- Contact tracing protocols
- Enhanced cleaning of the facility following public health requirements
- Proof of double vaccination and ID required upon entry each time for everyone 12 years of age and older

COVID-19 Walking Tracking Procedures:
1. Please use the inside lane and walk single file (masks are recommended). The outside lane will be using for joggers.
2. The middle lane will remain closed.
3. Please pass using the outside lane. Check your surroundings before passing.
4. Please use hand sanitizer at the beginning and end of your walk.
5. Please be safe and follow physical distancing guidelines (2m apart).

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in Ontario! Come by yourself or with some friends to get some exercise and have fun. Teams will be organized by participants and made upon arrival. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Open time slots are available. Beginner is open to new players, Intermediate is for players looking for more of a challenge. Advanced is for players who are competitive and may have played in tournaments or leagues. Open is available to all players. Masks are required in the building and while waiting to play. Masks may be removed during game play only, but you are encouraged to keep the mask on. Time slots have been created, and participants are highly encouraged to book a spot in advance online, or by calling 519-539-2382 x2740. Clean indoor shoes are required.

| Get active with your little one in an unstructured indoor turf environment. Limited equipment will be available at this time, including balls, hoops, and skipping ropes. Imagination Playground equipment will not be available. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own equipment. Guardians must accompany their little one(s) on the turf.
Please bring clean indoor running shoes for you and your little one (cleats not permitted). Spaces are limited, and it is recommended to register in advance by calling 519-539-2382 x2740 or registering online. Masks are required while in the building. Parents watching children must keep their mask on. Come and enjoy open turf time with your f family. Some classic backyard games, including CanJam, Cornhole, Bocce Ball, Ladder Ball, and Giant Pong! Please bring a pair of indoor running shoes for you and your child(ren). Masks are required in the building. Parents watching children must keep their mask on. Children may remove their mask once active play begins but are encouraged to keep them on. Guardians must accompany their child(ren) on the turf.
