Looking to Cool Down? Cooling Centres for Extreme Heat

During regular business hours, (not including July 1) you’re welcome to come and cool off in the front lobby of the Reeves Community Complex, 381 Finkle Street during regular business hours of Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Due to the extreme heat forecasted this week, we are expanding our facility hours so that you can come and cool down if needed.

On Canada Day (Wed., July 1), we are opening the lobby and 2nd floor of the Southside Aquatic Centre, 315 Finkle Street, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Additionally, we will also have the lobby of the Reeves Community Complex open on both Sat., July 4 and Sun., July 5 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
