EV Charging Stations Coming to Woodstock

The City of Woodstock has partnered with ChargerCrew to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at select locations throughout the city. 

A total of six EV charging stations will be installed at the following locations:

• Adelaide Street parking lot
• Brock Street parking lot
• Peel Street parking lot
• Cowan Sportsplex
• Reeves Community Complex
• Southside Aquatics Centre 

Work to install the underground infrastructure needed for the charging stations will begin in early October, starting at Southside Aquatics Centre from Oct. 6 to 8, 2026. 

During construction, some additional parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable while crews complete the necessary work. Access to facility entrances will be maintained.

All six EV charging stations are expected to be operational by December 2026. Stay tuned to www.cityofwoodstock.ca for project updates.
