Flags lowered in honour of Carol Lampman
Flags at City of Woodstock facilities have been lowered in honour of retired and longtime Woodstock Police civilian member Carol Lampman.
Our condolences are with Carol’s family, friends, former colleagues and all those who knew her.
Flags will remain at half-mast until the end of day Mon., Sept. 28.
