City of Woodstock Strategic Plan |
Our Community Strategic Plan and Integrated Community Sustainability Plan was adopted by Council in 2013. The 20-year plan establishes a collective vision to guide Council and staff in creating a desired path for the community to 2031. In January 2023, Council directed staff to plan a Strategic Priorities workshop with Council to provide an update on progress towards the goals in the Strategic Plan, identify any new or emerging issues the City needs to address and develop an updated list of priority actions. You can find an overview of the key goals, objectives and priority actions in our at-a-glance graphic. For more information please visit our Strategic Priorities page. |
