Hours of Service

Transit Services offers an environmentally-conscious way to get around town with affordable rates.  We offer both a conventional and a Para-transit (accessible transit) options.  Please visit our Para-transit page for details on our accessible service.

Conventional transit runs on a 30-minute service loop.  To maintain transit services schedules, buses will leave the terminal on the hour and half hour.  The following hours are provided for both conventional and Para-transit service.  Please refer to our Detours and Service Interruption webpage for detailed information on service changes.

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: No service
  • Statutory Holidays:  No service
  • Other Holidays: Civic holiday - Regular transit

Lost Items

If you believe you have left an item on one of our buses, please contact the Transit Department at 519-539-2382 ext. 3131 or 3130, and best efforts will be made to recover your items.

If you have lost your transit pass and you have registered your pass, please go to our Onecard webpage to block your pass and report it missing.  Once a new transit pass has been created, you will be notified.  Please know it may take up to 24 hrs to create and activate your pass.

How to Read the Transit Map

Find out when the bus will be at your nearest stop in four easy steps!

  1. Review the Transit Map to determine the bus route (1-6) closest to you.
  2. Once your bus route is determined, find the route on the bus schedule and locate your nearest bus stop intersection.
  3. Move down the column to find the next time the bus will arrive at your stop.
  4. Be at your bus stop five minutes before the bus is expected to arrive.
