Municipal Parking Lot Permit

We are pleased to offer digital parking permits for our Municipal Parking Lots. Get your permit through the HotSpot Parking Portal or get the HotSpot Parking App from your phone's app store.

Parking permits are only valid in our Permit Designated Municipal Parking Lots.  Please note, not all municipal parking lots are 'permit designated lots'.  Parking permits are also not valid on any street or in any two-hour only posted lots. You must adhere to all posted signage including overnight parking restrictions.

If you are unable to download the app or access the website, you can submit an application via email or purchase a digital parking permit at our Engineering Department at 944 James St. Please note that if you do not have access to the app or website you will be unable to electronically change the vehicle plate number and will need to contact the Engineering Department to do so.

Our permit fees are as follows:

  • Monthly Parking Permit: $36 plus taxes
  • Semi-Annual Parking Permit: $180 plus taxes
  • Annual Parking Permit: $288 plus taxes
