Registered Paratransit Users can no longer ride conventional service for free.  They must pay a fare.
The City of Woodstock has recently amended the Para-transportation Policy A002 to reflect the upcoming change

All passes accepted by our conventional transit are also accepted by Para-transit. Fare is required at time of boarding with no exceptions.  Exact change is required when paying for a single ride.  Riders with inadequate fare will be declined service.   Drivers are required to follow their manifests and are not permitted to change your scheduled destination or book return rides.  Transit fees are the same for conventional as it is for Para-transit.  Please view our Bus Passes and Cash Fare page for information on transit fees.  This page will also provide a list of current Authorized Transit Agents, click the link above and scroll down to view this information.
