Fees
Fees for building permits vary depending on the type of work being done. Development charges and/or security deposits could apply to certain projects. Security deposits are applicable to projects such as moving/over-sized loads, in-ground and on-ground pool fence permits, conditional and demolition permits. Please contact the Building Department for more information on fees applicable to your project. Please note we accept only cash, cheques and debit / Interac.
