Para-Transit service is provided by the City of Woodstock and offers door to door scheduled service.
Customers Please Note: Fare is required at time of boarding. Riders with inadequate fare may be declined service. Drivers are also required to follow their manifests. They are not permitted to change your scheduled destination or book return rides. Customers are responsible for booking their own rides by calling our dispatch at 519-539-2382 ext. 2510.
Lost or stolen items
Woodstock Transit is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged bus passes. The owner is responsible for replacing these items at their expense.
Canada Day: Friday, July 1, 2016 - No Transit or Paratransit service this day.
Labour Day: Monday, September 5, 2016 - No Transit or Paratransit service this day.
Thanksgiving Day: Monday, October 10, 2016 - No Transit or Paratransit service this day.

You must be registered to book your ride. Application forms can be filled out partially on-line. You will need to print the form to have Part B completed by your health care professional. Please return the completed form to: Para-Transportation, The City of Woodstock, P. O. Box 1539, 500 Dundas Street. The application is also available at City Hall. Photo I.D. cards will be required to use this service. All rides must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance.

To arrange for your ride please call 519-539-2382 ext. 2510, (TTY: 519-539-7268) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. Voicemail is available outside of regular hours.
We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for bookings. Same day rides are available if there is space.
