“I love the process of creating whimsical interpretations of flowers and gardens using form and colour, letting the imagination run riot like an overgrown but much-loved garden.
My work is deeply influenced by my past life in Cape Town, South Africa. It uses brilliant, saturated colours that reflect the heat of Africa, but also uses values which reflect the softer, gentler lights of the ever-changing Atlantic.”
