Jennifer Budd is a fibre artist. She works out of her attic studio in her century home in Paris, Ontario. A long time watercolourist, Jennifer uncovered a love of felting 11 years ago. She now paints with wool and thread. Last June, Jennifer visited the Isle of Harris, the home of Harris Tweed. This piece was inspired by the landscape she encountered during her stay on the island. The piece was embellished using many threads including yarn that was spun on the Isle of Harris.
