This painting was inspired by the mountains in Vancouver, B.C. I was there to attend the Canadian Transplant Games as a heart transplant recipient. The mountains made me think of the many hurdles that transplant recipients have to overcome to be able to participate in the Transplant Games as well as our everyday lives.
