This piece was created for an art class assignment where we had to sketch still life scenes (from reference photos) and then shade them. I took the challenge and decided to use pointillism as opposed to regularly scrubbing with graphite in order to shade mine, which took me over 12 hours to complete. I think that the challenge was worth it!
