WAG Exhibition Submissions

Exhibition Proposal

The exhibition programming schedule is diligently planned to reflect both contemporary and historical exhibitions as well as selections from the permanent collection. The WAG plans exhibitions at least three years in advance. WAG appreciates your interest and acknowledges your submissions.

All submissions are handled with care; however, the WAG assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to submission material.

Submissions are received on an ongoing basis and should include the following:

  • Current Curriculum Vitae and brief biography
  • Up to 20 images of recent work (digital cd/dvd/ memory stick) with accompanying image list detailing artist's name, title, date, medium and dimension of each work
  • A brief artist statement
  • A brief description of the proposed exhibition
  • Any additional relevant support material such as publications and reviews
  • A self-addressed stamped envelope, if you would like your material returned
