Art in the Park is an annual event in Victoria Park with live entertainment, local artists, artisan displays, food, drinks and more!

Artist submissions will be accepted through an online registration form. Please read the Terms of Entry and File Requirements below for details.

This year we are offering a reduced fee for early bird submissions. Register online by May 24 at 4pm and pay $30.

Artist Vendor Registration Form

Terms of Entry

  • Open to all southern Ontario artists working in any medium. All submitting artists must be current members of the Woodstock Art Gallery. To purchase or renew your membership, please complete the online Membership Purchase form.
  • $50 entry fee ($30 for early bird submissions received by May 24, 2022 at 4pm). Payment must be made by credit card through the online registration form.
  • All participating artist vendors are required to provide proof of exhibitor insurance. Policies can be purchased from PAL Insurance or through your insurance provider. Proof of Insurance must be provided by email by Wednesday, June 29 at 4pm.
  • All artwork and artist statements will be submitted through the online registration form. Email entries will not be accepted. Please see below for File Requirements.
  • WAG reserves the right to refuse any artworks due to questions of copyright, ownership and/or authorship.
  • By entering the event, artists grant the WAG the right to use images of artwork(s) for publicity, advertising, and social media.
  • Registration forms must be submitted online by June 15, 2022, at 4pm to be considered for the exhibition. No late entries will be accepted. No email entries will be accepted.
  • Vendors will not be accepted without a completed application and full payment.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Staff have the right to refuse a vendor if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
  • Vendors have no exclusivity.
  • Vendors are accepted at a first come first serve basis.
  • Receipt for vending space will be emailed to you.
  • Vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, tents, tent weights etc. NO exceptions.
  • Requests for specific booth locations will not be honoured and cannot be changed prior to the event or the day of it.
  • Information on booth locations, parking & set up instructions will be sent one week prior to the event.
  • You are responsible to take your belongings to your vehicle if you leave before the end of the event. You will not be allowed to drive into the park for loading and unloading purposes during the event. Loading or unloading can only occur during the appointed times. Vehicles and trailers must be moved ASAP to nearby designated parking. No unauthorized vehicle or trailer will be allowed to remain onsite under any circumstances.

File Requirements

  • Images should be well lit, clear and as high quality as possible. Images submitted during registration may be used for event publicity, advertising, and social media.
  • Files must be labelled: “Artist’s Last Name_Title of Work” (ex. Smith_MyArtwork). Add a number to the file name if you are submitting multiple images (ex. Smith_MyArtwork_1).
  • Images should be submitted as JPG, JPEG or PNG files only. The registration form will not accept PDF files.
  • File resolution must be no larger than 300dpi to a maximum of 1 MB. A minimum width and/or height of 1000 pixels is recommended.
  • No email submissions — registration form uploads only.
