Tour of Lights
We’re excited to bring back the Tour of Lights, hosted by Woodstock Transit! Guests will board a City bus and enjoy a tour of some of the spectacular holiday light displays around the city.
2024 Program Information
This year's tour will take place on Sunday, Dec. 8 and Sunday, Dec. 15. Tickets will go on sale Monday, Nov. 25 at 10 a.m.
Buses will leave the Woodstock Transit Terminal at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. There are six buses for each departure time. When purchasing your tickets you must choose the time slot and bus number (1-6) based on seat availability and the number of tickets you need. Tickets are $3 per person and all proceeds from the tour go towards the United Way. Non-perishable food donations will also be collected for the Salvation Army.
Where to buy tickets
You can now buy tickets online through our program registration platform!
You will need to create an account if you do not already have one to register for recreation and leisure programs. You can save time by doing that before tickets go on sale Nov. 25.
Your receipt will be emailed to you, please print or save your receipt as that is your ticket to board the bus. You may need to check your junk folder.
You can also buy tickets in person at the following locations:

- Southside Aquatic Centre
- Reeves Community Complex
- Woodstock Museum (closed Mondays)
- Woodstock Art Gallery (closed Mondays)
Please note: You cannot buy tickets in person at City Hall this year.
ParaTransit
We are thrilled to be able to offer ParaTransit options for this year's Tour of Lights. There will be two ParaTransit buses running for the 7 p.m. tour. Existing ParaTransit customers should call Voyago Dispatch to reserve their seat. Voyago will contact customers at a later date to confirm their pick-up time.

Maps
For those who prefer to tour the lights on their own, maps of the route are available for purchase in person at City Hall as well as the in person ticket sale locations starting Wednesday, Nov. 27. Maps are $5 and proceeds go to the United Way.
