Register for a Program

New Registration Policy for Non-Residents: Starting in December 2025, Woodstock residents will have seven days to sign up for City-run camps and recreation programs before registration opens for non-residents. Demand for recreation programs is continuing to increase as the community grows, and camps and swimming lessons in particular are at capacity. The new policy, which was approved at the Aug. 14, 2025, City Council meeting, ensures residents who pay taxes towards recreation amenities have the opportunity to access these programs first. Aquatics leadership courses such as HIGH FIVE training and first aid are not included in the policy.
Register for programs and activities using our online registration system. Available for programs and bookings across the City’s parks, arenas, recreation and culture facilities!

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the City switching registration systems? |
Early in 2024 we adopted a new registration system that provides a more user-friendly and accessible experience. You’ll be able to easily search and register for programs, manage your memberships, add family members to your account and pay online. The system also provides a more streamlined booking process for facility rentals. |
I already have an account for the City's previous registration system. Do l still need to create an account? |
Yes, you will still need to create an account. This will help us ensure your account information is accurate and up to date in the new registration system. |
| What will happen to my old account? |
You will continue to have access to your old account until we have fully transitioned to the new system. |
| I had a credit and/or membership on my account. Will it be transferred to my account on the new system? |
Yes, any credits or memberships will be transferred after you create your new account. We appreciate your patience as our staff work to transfer credits and memberships as soon as possible. |
Will my OneCard be added to my new account? |
Yes, your OneCard will be added to your new account. The OneCard is currently used for recreation at Southside Aquatic Centre and Cowan Park Sportsplex. If you use your OneCard for transit, this will not be impacted by the new registration system. Please see Woodstock Transit for more information about the e-Fare system. |
