Summer 2021 Day Camps

The Woodstock Museum will follow guidelines from Southwestern Public Health and the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for day camps. Prior to attending camp each day, all campers must pass a COVID-19 screening administered by their parent/guardian through ePACT.

There is limited enrollment of 8 campers per week. Staff and campers are required to wear masks throughout the day and maintain physical distancing. There will be sanitizing of high touch surfaces throughout the day.

Campers displaying COVID-19 symptoms will not be admitted. Parents and guardians should be ready with a back-up childcare plan in case of sickness or short notice of camp cancellation. If the health and safety of staff and campers is at risk, we may cancel camps. We will provide credits or full/partial refunds to the registrants for cancellations. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

Registration Details

Payment is due at time of registration. Space is limited.

Children need to bring their lunch, snacks, water bottle, indoor shoes and anything needed for the day.

We usually spend time outdoors, so your child should come prepared to play outside with weather appropriate clothing and sunscreen already applied.

Depending on the age range or activity the staff to camper ratio is usually 1:8. Each session often includes visitors, games, activities and crafts that are linked to the theme of the day/week.

An updated ePACT online emergency and medical form for each child must be filled out a week before camp begins. Still have questions or want to talk to us about your child attending camp? Give us a call at 519-537-8411 ext. 2903 or email the Education Officer.

Register early to avoid disappointment!
