Apply to be a marketplace or food vendor, lend a helping hand by volunteering, register your band or entertainment or help support these incredible experiences by becoming a sponsor.

As a vendor, you have an opportunity to gain exposure for your product or service while contributing to the guest experience at our special events. Complete the online application for your opportunity to help create a memorable experience for visitors. Space and category limits apply.

Volunteer Opportunities
Our events bring together thousands of people of all ages each year and would not be possible without the help of partners, sponsors and community volunteers. As a volunteer you will have fun, meet new friends, earn community volunteer hours and make an impact on our community. Volunteer for a single event, or choose the events you would like to volunteer for based on your interests and availability.
The City of Woodstock 2024 Special Events have come to an end. Thank you to all who volunteered in 2024, we could not do it without you! We will be posting a new application for next years events in January 2025.
