Administrative Services


The Administrative Services department is responsible for collecting money that’s owed to the Corporation of the City of Woodstock and is required to pay out money as directed by city council or by legislation.

The Administrative Services department is also responsible for:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Information technology
  • Payroll

Visit reports, plans, budgets and studies for our budget presentations and financial statements.

Charitable donations

Our charitable gift-giving program encourages residents to invest in our community. You can donate money toward numerous facilities and services throughout Woodstock, including:

  • Aquatics
  • Our parks
  • Summer camp programs
  • The Woodstock Art Gallery
  • The Woodstock Museum
  • Other various facilities and services.

Throughout the years, many residents, businesses and organizations in Woodstock have generously donated money that has had a significant impact on not only the City's beauty and rich heritage, but also on the quality of life for Woodstock residents and visitors.
