Woodstock accessibility plan
Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 (AODA) and Ontarians with Disabilities Act S.O. 2001 (ODA) legislation, municipalities are required to develop annual accessibility plans.

Requesting a document in an accessible format
If you require municipal information in an accessible format or require communication supports, contact us via email, in person, by telephone, in writing or complete the accessible formats or communication supports request form and submit it to city hall. Arrangements taking specific disabilities into account can be made at no additional cost.
If you have an issue or concern regarding inaccessible municipal services, contact us via email, in person, by telephone, in writing, by filling out the accessibility feedback form or otherwise. We will respond within 7 days of receiving your concerns.
