Property Standards
Purpose
The Property Standards Advisory Committee was established under the Building Code Act to:
- Hear appeals that have been filed by property owners with respect to property standards "Orders to Comply" issued by the city's enforcement staff
- Consider appeals to dog muzzle orders
- Consider appeals to fence views

Meetings
Meetings are held in a quasi judicial setting on an as needed basis.
Committee meetings are held at Woodstock City Hall, Council Chambers (Main Floor).
