Fund Advisory Committee

Purpose

The purpose of the Woodstock Hydro Fund Advisory Committee is to provide oversight in the investment of the net proceeds from the sale of Woodstock Hydro. The committee shall:

• Review the investment performance of the Fund and Fund manager(s) in accordance with the Woodstock Hydro Legacy Fund Investment Policy

• Review the current investment guidelines for the Woodstock Hydro Legacy Fund

• Make recommendations to Council with respect to changes to the Woodstock Hydro Legacy Fund Investment Policy

Members

The appointments for the 2022-2026 term were reviewed during a closed session as part of the the Nov. 17, 2022 council meeting. Committee contacts will be updated following council’s approval of the appointments at the Dec. 15 Council meeting.

Meetings

The Fund advisory committee shall meet annually and on an as needed basis.
