Downtown Woodstock BIA
Purpose
The purpose of the Downtown Woodstock Business Improvement Area Board is to make recommendations:
- To improve, beautify and maintain municipally owned lands, building and structures within the business improvement area.
Members
The Downtown Woodstock BIA board is made up of the following Downtown business, Council and staff representatives. In accordance with the Municipal Act, the directors shall be selected by a vote of the membership of the improvement area and appointed by the Council. Members of the board remain on the board for the duration of the current council term of office.
