Voters List

Check that you are registered on the Woodstock Voters’ List

In order to cast a ballot for a Woodstock Municipal and School Board election, you must be listed as an elector on the Woodstock Voters' List. Using the form below you can check if you are currently registered for the October 24th Woodstock Municipal and School Board Election. If you are not listed, you can submit an application to add yourself to the voters' list or make changes to your information.

You can also apply for revisions to the voters’ list by completing and filing a revisions form at the City Clerk's Office (Main Floor City Hall, 500 Dundas Street) during the period of September 1, 2022 to October 24, 2022 between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Revisions will also be accepted at any polling location on Advance Poll days and on Election Day.

Voters' List Lookup

Enter your name, date of birth and street address to check if you're on the voters' list. This works best using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (not Explorer) browsers.

Request Changes to the Voters' List

If you are not on the voters' list, or the information on the list is incorrect, please provide the required information using the following form. This works best using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (not Explorer) browsers.

Why Register in Advance?

Electors can be added to the voters' list at the voting locations on the date of election, though this may result in delays and longer waiting times at the voting location. To avoid additional paperwork at the voting location, electors can be added to the voters' list using the online form up to and including the date of the Municipal Election.
