Woodstock BIA and Chamber
Downtown Woodstock BIA
Established in 1976, the Downtown Woodstock Business Improvement Area's (BIA) mandate is to enhance the beauty, commercial vitality and unique character of Downtown Woodstock.
A volunteer board oversees the direction and workings of the not-for-profit organization.
All commercial property owners are charged a special levy on their tax bills, which makes them and their commercial business tenants, automatic members of the BIA.
Our boundaries take in all commercial and industrial properties between Hunter Street and Princess Street to Bay Street and Beale Street to Main Street to Oxford Street and Mill Street.
