The City of Woodstock is a rapidly growing community with the need for new Family Physicians. Family Health Organization (FHO) opportunities are available, with support from the Thames Valley Family Health Team (FHT). Woodstock offers a supportive Family Physician and Specialist environment with quick access to allied health professionals. We will support you in building your practice to suit your needs!

Woodstock Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 178 bed capacity, full-service community hospital. Opportunities are available for inpatient care, OR assist, and newborn coverage if interested (but not required). 

Woodstock, with its tree-lined streets and century-old homes, is known as ‘The Friendly City’. It’s a rapidly growing city of just over 45,000. Conveniently located at the intersection of Highways 401 and 403, Woodstock is an easy commute from London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Brantford, and Hamilton. There are over 350 hectares of parks and trails, recreational facilities and a strong sense of community, making Woodstock a great place to live and raise a family. Woodstock is also home to a campus of Fanshawe College, and there are five major Universities within a one-hour drive. While Toronto Pearson International Airport is only 120 km away, Woodstock has even more convenient access to International airports in London, Hamilton, and Waterloo.
