Liquor Licence Applications

Request for Permission to Serve Liquor - Temporary Patio Extension - as per Regulation 719 under the Liquor Licence Act

Individuals requesting permission to serve liquor for a temporary patio extension as per Regulation 719 under the Liquor Licence Act, are required to have an approval letter from the Municipality.

Applications received with no drawing of the location of the patio will not be considered until a drawing is received.

 

Applications for a New Liquor Licence

Individuals applying for a new Liquor Licence now have the option of using the on-line form available on the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) website.

While the initial application can be submitted on-line to the AGCO,  applicants are still required to also submit a completed municipal form which has been signed by the City Clerk.

Applicants are required to bring the completed Municipal Form, to the Clerks Department on Main Floor of City Hall, 500 Dundas St.  There is a $50 non-refundable charge payable prior to requests being sent out by the Clerk's Department for liquor compliance letters from the Building, Police, and Fire Departments.

The Municipal Form will need to be provided to the AGCO along with the compliance letters from the Woodstock Building, Police, and Fire Departments as well as Southwestern Public Health.
