Liquor Licence Applications

If you are applying for a new Liquor Licence you can now apply online on the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) website. While the initial application can be submitted online to the AGCO, applicants are still required to also submit a completed municipal form which has been signed by the City Clerk.

We now have an online Municipal form that you may submit directly to the Clerks Department along with the required $50 fee. On your behalf, the Clerks Department will gather the compliance letters from the Building Department, Fire Department, Woodstock Police Service, and Southwestern Public Health. Please note, you may be responsible to get the compliance letter directly from Southwestern Public Health, depending on the circumstances.

Once all the information has been gathered, The Clerks Department will send you an email letting you know when you may pick up the documents. You are responsible for sending the Municipal Form, along with the compliance letters to the AGCO.
