Overnight parking is not permitted on any city street from December 1 to March 31 between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. whether it's snowing or not. 
Parked vehicles make it difficult for us to clear the street efficiently as our plows will need to slow down preventing them from clearing the roads in a quick and safe manner. Parked vehicles also increases the cost of winter road maintenance as we need to go back to those streets, at a later date, to...
